I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.
