Went to purchase a tux: after trying on 3 different styles I was told they couldn't pull out any more tuxes. As planned, I did purchase a tux, but just the jacket because it was wool and the (generic) tux pants they claimed that went with the jacket were not made of the same material/weight as the tux jacket and hung/fell more like an inexpensive pair of pants.
They took very good care of me! Will Definitely be back.

The staff were helpful but no pressure. We were able to get jacket, pants, vest, 2 ties, and pocket square for under $50 during their annual used tux sale.
Was in the retail store recently to buy a used tux during their annual sale. Shuntel and Stephanie were efficient, friendly and provided great customer service! They went above and beyond, in my opinion. Thanks for a great experience.
