Visited Paul Money Hi-Fi on a Sunday to purchase an AV receiver - impressed they were open when other audio shops weren't. I called early on Sunday and John kept a unit aside for me and provided outstanding service from start to finish. What stood out was the depth of knowledge and honest approach.
