Everyone was friendly and I understand this is a teaching School and I had somebody who was very new. However, I got a simple all over color and it looks terrible. The color is barely visible except on the top of my head where she gave me hot roots. I’m going to have to dye it all back to my original color so that it doesn’t grow out looking like I have horizontal stripes in my hair . It was $85 dollars and I definitely paid the price. I graduated from the “Paul Mitchell Tinley Park” location. Upon completion of the program I was made aware that the school is actually registered as “trendsetters” and they were charging Paul Mitchell prices. I paid full tuition but throughout the program, our class did not have an esthetic teacher for about two weeks, absolutely unacceptable if you are paying full price for your education. I received a full body treatment and it was beyond amazing. The girls did a wonderful job. 10/10 would love to have this opportunity again
