Recommend for hair cut, not color. I asked for my hair to be darker and left with it lighter. My stylist was great at what she did, but the salon didn't listen to what I asked for.
Lop sided hair cuts + 3 hours wasted If I can pay to get my hair back to before my appointment, let me pay!! Oh my god. I just went to touch up my hair color and my stylist asked if I had cut my own hair again. I said no and asked why.. (refer to the pictures) For $20 and $10 tip ($30 service) + 3 hours, I rather would've cut my own hair or gone elsewhere. I wasn't made aware it would take 3 hours and another trip to a salon. Went in today for a perm and haircut, Makaylah (sorry if I misspelled her name) did a wonderful job servicing a complete head change. She has wonderful interpersonal skills and asks her instructor great questions to ensure she is on the right track, I am glad to be her test subject and wish her the best in her schooling.
