Best school Ive ever attended!! Cant beat the prices, customer service, and staff and teammates
Some of my best hair cuts and dyes have been here! One time, it totally bombed and I was upset but when I called and asked if they could do anything, they completely redid it for free. Awesome customer service!
So I think it depends on who you get because I usually love going there I really do. But yesterday I went there for 6 hours. The girl pulled my hair to the point of tears and kept calling my hair "ratty". I asked for a rose gold but instead I get bright purple chunks everywhere. I had explained that my university wouldn't let me attend classes like this and I had no more time to sit in the chair. I still had to pay and I have to pay to have it fixed. And they couldn't even squeeze me in until over a week later.
Front desk girl was way rude and told me I couldn't have my son there, so when I asked if me and my aunt could trade off holding him. She said no she wouldn't allow that then said it would be best for me to just cancel our appointments. I was in complete shock, I love going to the Salon in Boise and they always welcome me AND my son. Never wasting my time or money on the Rexburg salon.
