I had an appointment for my hair color and high lights and a french manicure for my nails. The appointment was for 1pm. I received a friendly greeting upon my arrival which was 12:45. I only had a 5-10 wait before being taken in for my services. Kaitlyn was very friendly and explained everything to me that she was doing. I was very disappointed when it came time to do my nails. I have been going to this school for past 3 years. In that time, most visits were favorable. Lately I have gotten some inexperienced hairdressers and they have really botched my haircuts. I also took my 90 year old mother there and they cut her hair so short she was not able to get a perm for 4 months due to hair being so short. I have seen a change in managers and maybe the downfall is there. Not sure if I will give them another chance or not.

My first time at the Parisian Beauty Academy and still very happy with the out come of my wash and flat iron experience. My hairstylist was Melody just as sweet and pleasant personality. The first thing she did was ask me questions which I really appreciated. This showed me as a customer she was concerned about my hair and wanted to ensure that I received a good treatment. This business was awful and a big waste of my time and money! I had such a horrible experience at Paul Mitchell Schools in Raleigh. This was such a disappointment because I had many great experiences at their other locations: When a saw a promotion for this place on groupon, I was excited to check them out. So I was willing to drive 30 minutes to check out the place, but in the end this horrible business redeemed my voucher but I never even got a service. I have been using Paul Mitchell for the past 3 years and I can honestly say that I have never had better service anywhere. The staff and students take time to meet your needs and offer friendly advice on any haircare questions or concerns you have. They also do the best with colour that I have ever encountered.

This school has an amazing culture, a brilliant and talented staff, and a top notch curriculum. As a student, I am exceptionally pleased with the efforts our Learning Leaders put into my education on a daily basis. I am so thankful this school is guiding me towards my future career in cosmetology. Paul Mitchell techniques and products are excellent to work with. My peers are also amazingly talented and provide outstanding services to our fantastic guests. A+!!!!

The staff at Paul Mitchell the school are so upbeat and excited to be there. I love the atmosphere as it is full of people who love what they're doing and do a great job! I highly recommend Aly S for any services. She does a consistently high quality job and truly listens to her guests.

I called to see if they could fit me in at 9:50am and they were able to see me at 10:45. I can go to so many other places closer to my house, but I like it here. They're Friendly and it's clean. Teachers are always there to advise and critique. I always recommend people to try it. I've been here multiple times and am always a satisfied customer.
