i really like the products they do work very well. First time my grey hair has been covered so great..6 weeks later still looks good..love the shampoo and conditioner..A very friendly place..I very happy and pleased..i would recommed to all my friends and family ..definitely will come back..Plus I just Love Andrea that did my hair ..she is the Best..and makes you feel very comfortable...

Very disappointed with Paul Mitchell in Modesto. The last two times, I have called more than two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and was confirmed for a service and appointment time. I then drove 25 minutes to be told the appointment had not been made even though I received a text reminder and I was only offered an apology and another appointment 5 hours later in the day. Had the most wonderful experience today getting my hair colored and cut/style by Kyle and Marissa...I have no doubt they both will have successful careers...love my hair...walked out feeling so good...thank you so much!!...you two are awesome!!!...PM School Modesto has a welcoming environment, students and staff are friendly, attentive and helpful with each other.
