As someone who exclusively gets services done by students, I can tell you that the Paul Mitchell School in Modesto CA is a top tier school. They offer more than haircuts and manicures. They have a wonderful and knowledgeable skin care department as well. They teach all the latest techniques and have a wonderful system.
Love the way my hair was done they have amazing people very friendly and the service was great along with great prices.
