I had an appointment scheduled for 11am with a Phase 2 student on Thursday August 31, upon arrival I was told that my scheduled sylist went home sick and I would be delayed about 30 minutes. After more than an hour I asked the young woman at the desk if I could speak to a manager. This girl proceeded to totally ignore my three requests to speak to a manager for almost an hour as I stood directly in front of her at the counter. I am impressed with the professionalism for my experience here, despite the location being a school, I did not have a single worry in the ability of my stylist.
Beautiful school! The students are lucky to have such a great facility as this. Monica and Carlton treated me so good and went above and beyond for me.
Kacilee did an awesome job on my color and cut. After years of damaging my own hair with box colors, I thought I'd give the school a shot. Boy am I happy! It looks and feels so much better!! I will never return to the box!
