Both times I have been, it has taken over two hours for a haircut and keratin treatment. However, my hair looks great. Docking one star because it is hard to get the reception desk to answer to schedule and they misunderstood my stylist request. They don't respond to voicemails for appointments.
Very conscientious students. Friendly atmosphere.
Christy was great! I wanted rainbow roots, which no one there had done before. She was very patient, even staying 2 hours late to finish my hair. It turned out amazing!
