Had my haircut at Paul Mitchell as I have done for years. Everyone there is always polite, helpful and ready to provide service. This visit I had JC who was very polite and ready to perform. His supervisor was on hand and ready to assist him which he did. I could tell JC was relatively new and a little nervous. Despite his nervousness, he did a good job cutting my hair to my request with a little instruction from his supervisor.
