I've been to a lot of beauty schools to get my hair done and this is by far the most consistent in making my hair look exactly what I want without destroying it. Even when I go to salons, I pay 4 times as much and it's 10 time worse than Paul Mitchell School Chicago. I will never go back to a salon again other than Paul Mitchell School student salon! I'm dedicated! <3
Today I found out that they have been overcharging me for services by charging me for getting my hair lightened in a block color when I actually have never gone my hair light in there all I do is assemble die today my service was $15 cheaper than what it normally is. All they did was say oh s*** we weren't supposed to be charging you that sorry no extra discount no reimbursement what a waste.
