I love being a customer here because it helps someone developing their craft for their new career while you get beautiful. Service has always been good and the staff is friendly.
I have been going to beauty schools to get my hair done for over 10 years. This was the worst experience of my life...hangs down. I ask for a simple highlighter/ low light with no red tent. Wanted my gray covered and 2 high to one low. I picked a neutral based brown a 6 knowing it would wash down to a 7. I spent time with 2 instructors and student who started she would graduate in Dec. Today is Nov 15, 2018. I spend 6hrs and 30min. to get this horriable result. I have a video and several pics of this catastrophe.
Everybody is very professional and friendly, the teachers are wonderful helpers. I'm always pleased and happy when I leave PMA after a haircut. I totally recommend it. Thanks PMA, y'all rock!! 👍👏💕
