I just moved to the area from across the country and when I called Paul Miller Toyota to see if they had an appointment and could do a general check, they were so professional. Before even setting up the time, they also proactively informed me of a recall on my vehicle that my former dealership had not informed me about. Their service was faster than estimated (good job under promising and over delivering) and they sent me a link to a video to show what was repaired in recall. Huge improvement on my last dealership.
