Unfortunately, it may be my last time coming here. Al though the facility is nice and people are good, their pricing is way too high. I went in for oil change and was recommended to get air filter and cabin filter changed. I didn’t expect the price to be 20% over msrp. I pointed this out by showing them the website and their response is that every dealer is individually own and have their own price. I expect that i would have to pay to go to a dealership but didnt expect to be charged over msrp for parts.

Extremely bad experience. Just asked for one thing and me tioned it million times and even asked again before picking up the car, service rep said they checked it U go to pick up the car, its not done Thankfully another service rep was kind enough to listen to me to make sure that I am not crazy. So he asked me to make an appointment again next week. Hopefully he can help me address the issue. I will see how that goes and will leave another review. But this one was bad. I was lied to by service rep
