I took my crosstrek in for a routine oil change. I booked the appointment online. When I arrived, they have a valet service, so you check in once you go into the service area. Once there you get a text from your assigned service advisor. The whole appointment took less than 1 hour and they even washed the car. Everyone was very nice,friendly and customer focused.
Chrissy was fantastic !! So professional friendly and accommodating.
Paul was great. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions without any hesitation.
