My first service experience with Paul Miller Subaru was a pleasant one. Although it only involved an installation of a receiver hitch for a new Outback, I got to see the excellent working of the dealership’s service department: A valet attendant takes care of the customer upon arrival. The service personnel communicates with the service technicians and gets the work started. And when the work is done, the customer is alerted and the car is picked up.
