I took my vehicle to Paul Miller Honda only to have a calibration done. They didn’t perform the calibration and charged me $230 without providing any actual service. Then they gave me an outrageous $9,300 estimate for repairs I never asked for — just to proceed with the calibration. My vehicle is worth around $20,000, and they insisted I pay this amount upfront. They explain everything outright and are straightforward which I respect. Best to check warranty and other coverages with the service center vs dealer since they'll actually tell you what's covered
Had a nail in my tire and was losing air fast and this the only place that carried my tire size. I was able to make an appointment the next day. They said I need to replace my tires since the nail was too close to the side wall which I understood after going to 4 other shops. I had to replace 2 tires and was off with my day.
