Great experience so far with my car's repairs and services. I will keep coming back. Update: Needed alot of work done on my Honda. Vincent from the service team was a great help. I will continue to bring my car back for service.
Had a 9 am appointment and tried to do over night drop off. They “forgot” to put the envelopes out. We had to wake up early before work and drop the car off in the morning. My father mentioned to the man at the desk that they tried doing a night drop off and we couldn’t so we had to make another trip in the morning. He didn’t seem to care one bit or know anything. At least pretend you care we bought 6 cars from you we should be getting top notch service.
Had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change. Waited at the dealer for over 2 hours, then was told my truck was inadvertently damaged and needed to be repaired. Another hour later, my truck was ready. Upon pick up, I was told I would be paying full price for my oil change. When expressing my concerns to the staff member, she was short and rude. We had issues with the key fob soon after our purchase. The cost to replace it is not included in the Honda Care package. Frustrating and expensive- Bryan Puyen handled the replacement and the cost. Bryan deserves a raise!
