Just called about an software update, guy says $225 and no guarantee it will update, but they can try. It may crash and nothing work.... Great way to never get any of my business is charging a ridiculous amount of money and not knowing what the hell your doing. I think his name was Riley.... probably need to train him.
Passing through town, trying to get home. Put some bad DEF in the truck and the truck went into limp mode. They got me in right away and got me and the family back on the road the same day. What a relief. Great service department.
