Passing through town, trying to get home. Put some bad DEF in the truck and the truck went into limp mode. They got me in right away and got me and the family back on the road the same day. What a relief. Great service department.
Fail communication by Wally. The front desk is always trying to find him. Left several voicem6ail and he never calls back.
Matt did an amazing job helping me out, he was friendly and he got my windows retinted very nicely. He did great with communicating with me as well!
