The people in the service center will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is right. Jason has been helpful every step of the way for every repair. They text, email, or call when something is needed. Brian, the tech who has worked on my vehicle a couple of times sends informative videos with very helpful information. I have a 2025 x3. Some warranty work was needed and they're helping me fix a mistake that a different repair shop caused after I hit a deer.
Leo in sales is beyond amazing! I have an urgent fix in my BMW, and he went above and beyond (even though he is in different department) a whole team work with David to accommodate my needs. Very high A++ customer service at Paul miller dealership! Highly recommend this BMW best place! If you are thinking to buy a car go to Leo.
My Car is with them for over a month with hardly any updates. This is extremely unprofessional. I have left multiple VM’s. Emailed to global bmw inbox, I was promised that someone will contact me with updates but no one contacted me yet.
Job well done! Just took too long, I was told 1.5 hours but it took almost three hours!
Regular maintenance on my 2024 X5 was fine, however, customer service was lacking. I had dropped the car off the night before and never heard from the service department until I called after 1 pm. When I picked up my car the next day it had been “washed” (the wash was very streaky) but the interior dash, which was clean when I dropped it off, was filthy with dust and dirt.
