I've been a long time customer of Paul Miller for over 20 years. I scheduled a service for a Friday and due to work I had to drop it off the night before of Thursday. Ralph was very nice with my intake but that's probably the only nice thing about my whole experience. On Friday afternoon at around 5pm I received a text message saying that they were unable to get to my car and they would follow back up with me Monday.
