They handle situations the way you want them handled. I do not hesitate to tell everyone I know who I have my insurance through. I am happy to know that my belongings and assets are in their hands.
Paul Melzer was wonderful at explaining our home and auto policy to me and my husband. He took the time to go line by line to explain each coverage that both the home and auto policies have.
