I saw him for the first time for a consult and I felt listened to and reassured by Dr. McWhirter re: my cardiac problem. He was very easy to communicate with. I'll be following up with him in 1 month after more tests are completed. I'm so grateful to have a such an experienced and well educated Cardiologist here in Fort Bragg
This Doctor is awesome, so caring about you, and he listens to you. I so miss not being in range to have him treat me .. Doc McWhirter truly spoiled me for any other doctor. he never looked at his watch. Explained things for you to understand.
Very knowledgeable but does not interact well with patient. Was arrogant and condesending. Didnt seem to care about my concerns or questions. At times I felt he was rude. Im sure others feel differently but he doesnt work for me.
Dr. McWhirter is a wonderful doctor. In addition to saving my husbands life he spends time with his patients explaining everything to you, never rushes you out of his office. I also feel that I can trust him completely which is a very important thing to have with your doctor.
