I would honestly give no starts if I could but I feel people need to know all sides of doctors. Dr Mc Neely was very kind to me up until I declined a medication due to not feeling good. I never declined this medication for good I also advised he could bring my meds to me in which he ignored me. He proceeded to leave a negative remark in my notes saying non compliance.
