In a nutshell: Overpriced and inflexible. My policy renewed on a Sunday, so I couldn’t contact them beforehand. When I tried to cancel immediately, they charged me $408 due to their short-rate policy. Even though I acted at the first possible opportunity, they refused any goodwill adjustment. While the policy terms technically allow this, the rigid approach, lack of consideration, and high costs made the experience extremely frustrating. Paul is an amazing agent with an abundance of experience. Between pricing, answering any questions openly and honestly, customer service and his general care to help his clients it’s always been a positive experience.

Definitely one of the best insurance company in Hamilton or I’d say In all GTA and best of best Paul it’s self his very very well experienced never ever I had a problem and if I did he solved it for me with a matter of seconds.
