I’ve been a State Farm customer for 48 years. Paul Martin’s office does an amazing job. They are super responsive and proactive. The office is staffed with very knowledgeable professionals who are self-starters. I’ve always received wonderful help in a courteous manner when I need assistance. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for auto and or home insurance.
And just when I thought that great customer service was gone, along came Paul Martin State Farm. Everyone working in this office provides exceptional customer service. Great agency always willing to go the extra mile to make sure they take care of you in your time of needing them once upon a time I broke the rear window of my car trying to install a bike rack and I made a call to there agency and in a 2 minute conversation I was all set up with an auto glass place in the same day for repairs they definitely give 5star treatment thanks!
There are three things that you expect from a good insurance agent. Obviously initially a fair price for sufficient coverage of your home and/or car. Ideally even reduced premiums if you have multiple policies with the same company. Secondly, if you need to place a claim you'd like the same cooperation and attention you received when instituting coverage and no hesitation in being there for you when you need them.
