Not the best experience with HMH and doctors. If I try to make an appointment to see Dr. Paul M (its July now), would be mid October. How is someone who doesn't feel well in anyway shape or form operate on that schedule. If you try to call to make and appointment and follow the prompts... it hangs up on you. Disappointing. Dr. Paul gets 3-4 starts... the whole experience trying to se him is 1 star. Update: So I took the appointment for today November 11. After waiting about a year from when this review was posted. Horrible office. If they care about patients it's news to me. PATIENT BEWARE.
Happy I am a patient of his. The last 6 weeks been sick Covid And then Came down with pneumonia. Had no trouble reaching him even though it was the holiday. I was amazed he called me back himself. Found him caring & concern. His staff is easy to deal with.
My husband went in for flu and pneumonia shots and we were told it would cost $425 for the pneumonia shot. We have HMH insurance and they would not give him the shot, gave me a medicare form. When I spoke with PM she had NO CLUE. Very poor patient care. PATIENT BEWARE.
Very disappointed - I just moved to the area and after waiting months to get in to see Dr Marquette, I got a call this morning about an hour before my visit saying that his office made a mistake and he’s not accepting new patients! When I asked for an explanation, the staff couldn’t give me one other than to say his panel was full and it was an error.
