I would really like to commend a worker by the name Jo f/Paul Maestas office. She went over & beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was v very professional & kind hearted, which really made my visit very pleasant!
Jo was of so much help, she went above and beyond for me and my mom I am forever grateful for the help she gave.
At least they pick up the phone. State Farm wants to pay me on a claim but need me to print and notarize a release that can be done at "any" state farm agency. This is the third location I've called and they can not do it. They suggest a bank.
