Cole spent hours at my house trying to find out why my heated cables on my roof were not working. He left no stone unturned, and he figured out the problem! I am so happy that I will not get ice dams in the predicted snowy winter this year. Since I do not have an electrician, I signed up for a yearly membership, which will give me some benefits. I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs a reputable electrician. Did I mention that Cole came out to fix the roof cables two days after I called?
Dave Connors was friendly, thoroughly professional, and very skillful at patiently explaining our options and the long-term benefits for every element of the project. Most gratifying to us, when we decided we had to pare down the work to meet our finances, he worked closely with us to achieve our priorities without sacrificing quality. Equally, the quality of his work was impeccable. We really enjoyed working with him and the other members of the team at Paul Macrina Electrical.
Cole came on time and did a fantastic job diagnosing the scope of work for a motion sensor light on our driveway. Was upfront and honest about his findings and explained everything in detail to myself and home owner. Looking forward to working with this company in the future.
