Your claims teams is terrible. Won't even talk to me about a claim that I have been paying the policy on for 10 years. What a joke. Paul you need to take better care of your customers. Ridiculous. Elizabeth was the horrible person working in claims, she hung up on me instead of working with me which is even more ridiculous. Edit to change : paul has tried to call to work things out. And the claim finally got straightened out. I think Elizabeth in claims needs some training, if I could give her 1 star I would.
Paul takes a special interest in his clients and his staff! He is wonderful!

I have been with Statefarm, Paul Macaluso‘s office for 20+ years. What I like about this office is their personalization. I am able to walk into the office to talk to a real person not just someone on an 800 number line. Each employee in his office takes the time to get to know me and this has been going on over the years. Paul himself is caring and makes sure that I understand my insurance. I highly recommend this insurance agency without any reservation.
Do you want to have to call 4 times and go in 2 times just for something to still be wrong with your policy? This should be your first choice. I have lost count of the number of times I've had to contact this office to try and get my policy right. They double charged me for months. Once I finally got that fixed they pulled all the discounts and tried to triple my premium. There appears to be no oversight from the agent to his staff.
