This review is in responce to Mrs. Smiths poor rating of our Company While it is true that Mrs. Smith advised us that the date cut on her Grandmothers Marker should have been a 16 instead of a 19 What she has failed to say is that the date cut on the Marker is the date that we were Contracted by the Executrix of the Estate who is the actual Customer. Monument Stone Work – I let them know about the date that was wrong on my grandmothers grave before it had even left the shop. They did nothing to fix it I even told them if it was more I would pay extra. They did nothing to help fix anything. My Grandmother does not deserve to be DISRESPECTED like this, just becasue she has passed on does not mean she is not important still.
