I visited Dr. Paul Rothenberg at the Edgewater, NJ location for an 11 AM appointment. Despite being in excruciating pain, I wasn’t called in until 17 minutes later. The front desk staff spent their time congregating, laughing, and talking about unrelated things instead of helping patients who were clearly waiting and uncomfortable.
