I have seen Dr. Horovitz in the past for a Plantars Wart. My insurance has changed to BCBS out of state. The office manager whom I spoke with this morning was so unhelpful, did not care, and did not follow through with a call back when asked how much it would be for me to self pay. I really like Dr. Horovitz. At 2pm I called back after finding out from BCBS that they should be taking my insurance. I got the same RUDE office manager back on the phone again.
