I was offered to get a discount if I pay in full, I payed in full and then was billed more. I payed more and was billed more again! I went because I believed I had hereditary gallbladder issues Dr. Hendrix did a full endoscopy and colonoscopy (I went asking for an ultra sound) said you don't have cancer have a good day... set me up with his PA Jamie and she was extremely derogatory towards me making hand quotes and saying we can chase this rabbit hole if you insist. If I could give Dr. Hendrix zero stars I would. I entered the exam room, undressed as the nurse instructed me and waiting for Dr. Hendrix to enter the room to examine me. When he entered I explained that I've been experiencing pain due to suspected hemorrhoids and was hoping he if he could confirm whether I indeed had hemorrhoids or not. I also told him I needed a colonoscopy as I was due for one. I have suffered from stomach problems from over a decade and have been to many professionals along the way. Today I feel like my voice was heard and someone finally gave me an answer. His staff is wonderful involved and very caring . I worked in the medical field for 25 years and these guys haven't triple A Plus from me
