I called to request a replacement band for my mouthguard because it had broken (again). I was told I could not pick one up unless I made an appointment. I said I would be happy to make an appointment and could I then pick up a replacement band in the meantime? No, the receptionist told me, because you haven't been here in a while. And the doctor won't be in until next week. So I can't wear my mouthguard in the meantime, which alleviates pain.
