Dr Berger is Awesome, but sadly St Luke's as an organization rather a patient suffer with their issues vs allow a doctor to help a patient. The lack of communication between the call center and office, then bad attitude from the nurse practitioner leaves much to be desired. I like Dr Berger and his staff but dealing with a chronic issue that can be easily solved permanently but apparently messages never make it to use doctor..and nurse call center always pushes the emergency room, then St Luke's Miner's campus and others tel... read more
The staff and Dr Berger were awesome. Everyone explained everything and I felt very comfortable with them.
Canceled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Because of the lack of notice I lost 10 hours of vacation time. AVOID!
Thank you so much Dr. Berger for doing my surgery and being so caring and kind. Everything went well and I only wish I had found him before I had my previous surgery on the other side for kidney stones. Its only been 8 days since my surgery/stent and I feel top notch on the right side. He did a great job taking care of me before and after surgery. I love that he allowed me to remove the stent myself at home after only a few days. That helped me a lot because I was miserable and in so much pain until my stent came out 11 days... read more
