Dr. Lyde was such a great Doctor who truly cared about his patients. I definitely miss him, but I hope he and his are enjoying his retirement!

My mother had a couple of really awful medical experiences here recently specifically with the staff (sadly the doctor is great). First, after being 6 minutes late to an appointment she was made to wait multiple hours which wasn’t possible due to her work schedule. Then her prescription was cancelled without explanation or communication, forcing her back on a medication that harms her. She had to switch doctors. Wish staff at medical establishments could be a little more humane.
