Wish I can give negative stars as I will. Went to this place for my cat vaccination, they said they tried but cat was not cooperative so they were not able to examine nor give her vaccination. But they ask me to pay $90 for doing nothing. Representative is very rude and refuse to talk unless I pay the $90. Omg the worst experience ever!
Been going here for years. Always been a positive experience. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. Surprised to see South Hillsdale only has 1/5 stars on bbb.org, so felt compelled to write an honest review to tell the world that this place is great.
