Terrible, ignorant office staff.
They have lazy office staff to call my insurance and verify my insurance to be in network. They took the easiest path and saying that your insurance is not in network because it's not a popular name and they need to call and verify.
Dr. Paul Lizotte is truly the most incredible doctor I have ever had. He never rushes appointments and always takes the time to really listen. He genuinely cares about my health and makes me feel heard, supported, and respected every single visit. He consistently goes the extra mile to get to the root of any issue and is incredibly thorough with follow-ups when I have been unwell.
