Dr. Paul Lizotte is truly the most incredible doctor I have ever had. He never rushes appointments and always takes the time to really listen. He genuinely cares about my health and makes me feel heard, supported, and respected every single visit. I moved out of SoCal to Visalia in 2019. Dr Lizotte is still my Dr even though I’m 4 hrs away. He listens. He treats, He cares. Fortunately I’m on tour in SoCal often where I can coordinate my visits to him.
I am writing this on the behalf of my Mom and her consistent negative experiences with this establishment. She gets a call yesterday from them a few minutes prior to noon. She is not able to answer and it went to voicemail. The voice message asked for her to call back. She promptly did and it went to voicemail. After doing so several times, I also did and it also went to voicemail. I left a voice message as well. We gave “the benefit of the doubt” and see if they called back that afternoon. Not a very accommodating office. Had an appointment and got there 6min late an a new patient. They sent me a text, not call, about having to be the 30min early. I had an hour drive to get there and was stuck in heavy traffic so I wasn't able to get there early. Tried giving them a call 2 times and was sent to voicemail.
