Should have done this review before. I've been a patient of Dr.Lin for 4yrs. When I started seeing Dr.lin he made my husband and me very comfortable. He explained everything so we could understand what I had and what we were doing. I still see him every 6mo. for blood work to see IF any changes.Dr.lin and staff have always made me comfortable.

I want to thank Dr. Paul Lin and staff. They were treating my mother for supposed lung cancer about 5 years ago with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, they even handed out lots of cookies and sugary snacks especially around Christmas. I had private meetings with the Dr and we paid all the bills. To this day we are still being charged for an office visit for $65.00 after being compensated many thousands of dollars. Absolutely the worst. I am simply trying to get lab results. I challenge anyone to call Dr. Lin's phone number and try and speak with anyone. Impossible. After a week leaving messages with every prompt including office manager - no response, no call back. Not recommended at all.

The employees that work in the infusion office were all speaking Spanish when there clearly weren't any Spanish speaking individuals getting infusions. That is/was so disrespectful to the patients that were in the recliners. Someone needs to address this ISSUE that they can't seem to manage Appropriately in the midst of patients.
