Not happy with this Dr. whatsoever. My first procedure provided some relief but not 100%—I suffered from a chronic DVT after a provoked injury. Had ballooning done, A 36k procedure. Afterward, I inquired about anything further that could be done since I’m younger and wanted to get back to my previous no pain state. He recommended additional ballooning and a possible stint that is permanently placed. Dr. Lewis placed a port in my chest for my chemotherapy. He was extremely kind, great bedside mannor, literally sat beside my bed and talked to me as a person, not as a patient. His staff was also so kind and gentle. I had this procedure at UPMC East. I would highly recommend.
