Dr. Lafontaine is good, thus the two stars. But the office is terrible and I'd be giving them one star if it weren't for the doctor. Every single time, and there are no exceptions, that I have needed to call the office regarding an appointment or prescription or whatever, I get their voice mail. I leave a message and most times I wait week without a call back. Then I start calling every day, then every hour and finally someone gets back to me.
