Dr. Grindstaff was a great, explain everything honesty, I really enjoyed visit n thought worse before coming I bledsoe give him 5 stars he even let me listen to music as he did procedure with headphone, that help me relax from anxiety thanks, better then years ago testing with somebody else, thanks again blessed.
This happened twice to me. They don't return your phone call. I was in extreme pain, which i expressed. Didn't care enough to call me back. Very sad
Drove one hour to see Dr. Grindstaff with my mother in law with Alzheimers. We were rushed by the nurse tech that didn’t seem like she wanted to work. She gave us so much attitude and was SO rude. We were struggling with the wheelchair and accidentally hit the wall and she was so rude and didn’t help. I myself have MS and was considering switching to this doctor and I’m happy I didn’t waste my time. People like this give MS people flair ups. so stressful to be around. I saw Dr Grindstaff 3 months ago. He wrote a referral to Shirley Ryan. Shirley Ryan said the referral wasnt specific enough. My wife called Grindstaffs office and told them whar Shirley Ryan said. 3 months later, we have not made any rogress with Grindstaff or his office, and I (the atient) remain without treatment at Shirley Ryan. This is very unprofessional to ignore a patient like this. My wife call Grindstaffs office weekly with no progress.
