I am giving a 0 rating because I have recently realized that these lawyers have helped to ruin my life. I went to them with a medical negligence lawsuit after receiving care from a hospital for an aortic dissection and stroke. I was recently referred to David Paul by Dan Newlin’s office for help with a medical malpractice/neglect case. My advice to anyone needing professional help is to not waste your time with this guy, or his office. After waiting two days to know if they would take my case they had someone from their office call me to tell me that my case didn’t meet their criteria. What? I asked what the criteria was? They waited 5 months to tell us they wouldn't take our case. We had to scramble last minute to find another lawyer before our case was barred. They had told us in the beginning they would help us and waited 5 months of doing nothing to end up telling us they wouldn't help.
