Dr. Katz and his staff are all PATIENT, RESPECTFUL and do the BEST they can do plus. When my daughter had to attend an appointment with me they were polite with her, didn’t make us feel unwelcomed and even helped me with her, which they were NOT RESPONSIBLE to do, but still understood that I’m a single parent. I explained it wouldn’t happen again, due to my mother being out of town for my sister being severely ill, but they understood and still welcome be back to each appointment with warmth. Tried to get out of their “recovery program” after 6 years and taking myself off of everything but one med they can give me as my primary care. They were mad at me taking myself off of the narcotics over a year ago. After Patricia Powell used me as free labor, by crocheting her a California king size comforter and a throw for her couch and not getting paid ( she claimed it would help with my anxiety), which I felt was very unethical and put me in a spot where I felt I had to do it. Call to ask if they are taking new patients and immediately hear no in the rudest way then proceed to say thank you and hear your NOT welcome. Very rude reception
