I scheduled an appointment 4 months in advance after explaining to them what i needed to get looked at. There was multiple confirmations leading up to my appointment. 3 hours before my appointment, they cancel my appointment stating that the doctor does not treat that illness. This doctor’s office is unprofessional and disorganized. Have been diagnosed with seizures for the past 60 years, during all that time I was prescribed phenobarbital with mixed results, Dr Kaiser was the first to review and prescribe a different medication with results that exceeded expectations and eliminated the frequent episodes.

Arrived at the designated time for my appointment at 4pm. I was told my appointment was at 3.15pm, not 4pm. I showed the front staff my phone that had it clearly scheduled for 4pm. The staff member who seemed to be the office manager said that even if the appointment was at 4, they could not let me see the doctor because I was late by half an hour. She asked me for paperwork.
