Had a really great experience with Dr. Dyer and several of his staff that I interacted with. I have had eye issues for a long time and I know I am in great hands here. Dr. Dyer is very thorough and knowledgeable. So grateful to have found this practice!

I have worked for Dr Dyer for almost 2 yrs . I was bullied with rolling eyes and nasty comments behind my back the entire time by the asst manager Bobbie Jean Knauer . She was rude and sarcastic to the point of one patient writing a bad review on here about her mistreatment of the front desk staff . Multiple employees had told me and I even went to the manager Katherine DiNapoli 3 times with employees . I was told because of minor mistakes that I deserved it out of her frustration . Quite frankly the most horrible experience I have ever had. Their staff only holds a few good eggs that are kind and courteous. Their management is complete trash very sarcastic and nasty. They do not give proper care to their patients. I have witnessed under handed comments and nasty behavior flung behind the front desk between head receptionists.
