I have worked for Dr Dyer for almost 2 yrs . I was bullied with rolling eyes and nasty comments behind my back the entire time by the asst manager Bobbie Jean Knauer . She was rude and sarcastic to the point of one patient writing a bad review on here about her mistreatment of the front desk staff . Multiple employees had told me and I even went to the manager Katherine DiNapoli 3 times with employees . I was told because of minor mistakes that I deserved it out of her frustration . Quite frankly the most horrible experience I have ever had. Their staff only holds a few good eggs that are kind and courteous. Their management is complete trash very sarcastic and nasty. They do not give proper care to their patients. I have witnessed under handed comments and nasty behavior flung behind the front desk between head receptionists. Wow! What an awesome Dr’s office. All the staff were so professional and went above and beyond. It was like walking into an office 30 years ago when the drs and staff actually cared about their patients. The front desk girls were on it. Efficient, kind and went the extra mile. All doctors of this day and age need to pull a page out of Dr. Dyer’s notebook.
Dr. Dyer has been my eye doctor ever since he came to Easton - 25+ years. I'm in my 70's and had lots of vision needs that he has corrected. He's A+ in my book. However, I'm giving him only one star because of his new front-desk staff. One of his staff needs to be immediately replaced. I've never been talked to by anyone as rudely as I was yesterday.
