Dr. Jones was a very good ENT at Rush back in the day. I saw him a few years ago at Loyola and he was dismissive about my nasal symptoms, clogged ears and sleep apnea. I am, and have been, just within my BMI and he had the nerve to tell me I needed to lose weight! My sleep apnea is worse and I am reaching out to a different ENT now and will let them know what Dr. Jones told me a few years ago.

Saw two ENTS there & couldn't figure out what was wrong w/ me.
My visit with Dr. Jones went extremely well. He answered all my questions, was thorough and professional. I also appreciated his wit.
Front desk was efficient and helpful. Nurses working with Dr. Jones were friendly and made the visit run smoothly.
