They don't answer the phone and will hang up on you when you let it ring. took 3 days to get an appointment with the doctor. went to one appointment in Jan. 2026. and because the forms were not filled out by the child' s mother ( she could not locate them on the Email but the child had been going there for 8 years.) they canceled the appointment while we were standing there. At this new appointment they didn't need any forms and when I asked they said they didn't have a record of the child being diagnosed with ADHD when... read more
8:00AM EST Monday April 6th, 2026 4.6.2026 Good Morning Piedmont, This is going to be hard to get thru without crying. I am already. I'm going to have to continuously wipe my eyes in order to see what button I am typing. When I do, I will say...there...My name is Chad Xzavier Harris...122989...How you all referred to me. I was discharged last Wednesday. I had cardio vascular surgery...mechanical pleura desis...Dr. Victoria Walker was my initial pulmonary consultant...She... read more
She is nice in person and provided adequate care over the several years i went to her. However, I recently received a breast cancer diagnosis, sent her a message in My Chart asking for assistance, and here I am two months later and she never responded (i did receive care elsewhere). I will be looking for a new PCP. I think she must have too many patients or inadequate office support but this is unacceptable.
Always have a high level for Piedmont their staff and doctors are fantastic but March 2 arrived at ER at 5;53pm was there for almost 7 hours my blood work was taken 3 hr.s from arrival every hr. blood pressure was done.I found that was a waste could have staff do other things to increase evaluation and release of patient.I believe 7 hours with not yet seeing a doctor is unreasonable. Now their must have been 100 or more patients. So I believe it was due to under staff.Letting someone know of this situation will help staff a... read more
I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter and I received from Jessi Hale, NP. My daughter was formally diagnosed with ADHD by a medical doctor, yet on her very first visit, Jessi Hale dismissed that diagnosis outright and told my daughter she did not have ADHD. She is not a physician, yet spoke over an established medical diagnosis without conducting proper evaluations or reviewing comprehensive medical history. What makes this even more concerning is that my daughter clearly informed her about ongoing migraines... read more
Excellent physician and even better human being. He cared for my father when he died. Dr. Oetting couldn't do anything to save him, he was beyond help, but I'll never forget him saying is there anything I can do for you, and I replied, not if you can't save my daddy. He then asked, can I pray for you? I'm not an overly religious person, but that really touched me. He was fantastic with the family throughout the worst time of my life.
We drove from out of town to the Columbus hospital trying to reach our brother before having emergency surgery. As we entered the hospital where you sign in, we had to go through the process of being signed in. I leaned over to my sister and whispered that I didn’t think we’d make it before they took him to surgery. The RUDE black lady said “I’m doing my job. I can’t help it if you didn’t get here in time!” I said mam, I was not throwing off on you but simply talking to my sister! She mumbled something and took her sweet ti... read more
I highly recommend Piedmont Outpatient Surgery and Dr.Mullis. From the time that I arrived, I was greeted warmly and taken care of in an exceptional manner by the nurses (Frankie, Amber, Michelle, Alex, and the recovery room girls), and the anesthesia team (Seth, Tabitha, and the anesthesiologist). Dr. Mullis did a wonderful job with my procedure and I love his enthusiasm and warm personality as well as his sweet assistant! If you need a surgical procedure that can be done outpatient—look no further than!!

I was a pt on the orthopedics floor an all of the nurses an tech were really good. They were professional caring on point with their pt care routine. I'm dropping somes names if I missed someone it wasn't on purpose it's my memory.! 😂 Marlien Julie Tonya Isabella . Ty ty ty for everything. God bless all of y'all. Deirdre I Blackwell
