I visited Paul & Jimmy’s during my stay in New York and, unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. Although the restaurant was half empty and all we ordered were two bottled beers, the service was incredibly slow. It took far too long for such a simple order, and the lack of attention was hard to ignore. The atmosphere had potential, but the lack of efficiency and poor customer care made it difficult to fully enjoy the moment.
What a gem this place is! We called an audible and found Paul & Jimmy’s. From the service to the food, it was incredible. What a lovely little restaurant. Please go here and taste it for yourself.
Loved our meal here! The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the fried cauliflower appetizer too. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere with attentive service.
