Paul and his crew Always do a 5 start job with excellent backup service
went here yesterday, just for some advice re etching on my car from bore water.Although on his break he grabbed some cutters and a tool, came across to my car and showed me that it would be possible to fix, He then directed me to another tradesperson in town who would be better suited to help me. Customer service and attention was the best even without financial reward.
Fantastic service. I was in a jam, door handle on my tailgate broke for the second time while I was travelling so I needed it fixed quickly. I'd managed to get the part from Toyota but nobody would make time to put it on for me. Paul did it for me on the spot, and did a very thorough job ensuring handle and lock were fixed properly so it wouldn't happen again. Very professional and reasonably priced.
